Pain: Changing words that “Harm” to Words that “Heal”

For all healthcare providers, people with chronic pain syndromes or loved ones living with people in chronic pain: Dr. John Seivert, DPT, owner of Body Logic Physical Therapy will provide an interactive lecture / power point presentation about the latest research evidence about changing the language that healthcare providers can use to empower patients with chronic pain syndromes. Many people suffering from chronic pain dysfunctions can begin to turn their beliefs around to healthy healing with a few simple steps to wellbeing. Healthcare providers can see some of the damaging words that they may be using and how it effects their patients. Changing the way they discuss imaging findings to their patients can empower health and well being instead of pain and suffering. $10.00 adults, $5.00 students
